Choosing Wedding Flowers.

Choosing your wedding flowers can be very diffucult as there are so many beautiful flowers to choose from. I would always advise to go for flowers that are in season; your florist can best advise you on this, and your discussion about seasonal flowers will also take your floral preferences into account along with the colour themes of your wedding. 

Once you select your florist, they can help recommend what flowers to choose. For example, if it was an October wedding we might suggest an orange and bronze theme incorporationg berries twigs etc,  to reflect the autumnal time. As it’s a season of change, you may wish your flower theme to reflect this.  For a Christmas wedding, we  could help you with an array of grand prix red velvet roses, ilex berries, mistletoe, flowers that would certainly compliment the season.

Spring and Summer bring an abundance of bright choices for you; arrays of pinks and purples and creams, scented flowers ie. sweetpeas, lilacs, garden roses, Spring freesias, lily of the valley, tulips.  There is so much to choose from,  but you should draw on the expertise of your florist, it’s an important part of the flower service, your florist is a specialist in their field and are delighted to help you make the very best choices to reflect your personality and provide a unique floral tone to  your special wedding day.
